Effective September 29, 2026 · Version 2026-09-29.marketing-v2
Bloom Software Services LLC provides the direct Bloom Marketing website and workspaces. This policy describes information handled for that service. When a business uses its workspace to process its customers’ information, that business is responsible for its own privacy notices and instructions to Bloom.
1. Information we handle
Account and commercial information includes names, business details, account email, website address, workspace identifiers, plan and promotion selections, accepted legal versions, billing status and support correspondence. Stripe handles payment entry; Bloom receives transaction identifiers, invoices, subscription status and limited payment information rather than storing your full payment-card number.
Workspace information includes assets and prompts you submit, generated drafts, campaign instructions, contacts you import, recipient preferences, delivery results, connected account identifiers and credentials needed for authorized integrations. You control what you upload and which accounts you connect.
Public scans collect the pages and public business information available for a submitted website, including brand assets, business descriptions, review-profile evidence and possible competitors. Sources may be inaccessible or incomplete. Reports and generated previews can be accessible to anyone holding their public report link; do not submit confidential material through a public scan.
Technical information includes IP addresses, request and error logs, device/browser information, authentication and security events, usage records and website activity where analytics is enabled. Cookies or local storage support authentication, preferences, fraud prevention and configured analytics.
2. How we use information
We use information to operate accounts, verify access, prepare scans and drafts, carry out authorized publishing and communications, measure usage, process billing, respond to support requests, prevent abuse and troubleshoot the service. We also retain records needed to honor opt-outs, resolve disputes and meet applicable accounting and legal obligations.
Subscribing or accepting these terms is not consent to send marketing SMS to you or your contacts. Customer campaigns must have the permissions required for their audience and channel. Account setup, security and billing messages are distinct from optional marketing communications.
We use account and service information where needed to perform our agreement, follow your instructions, protect and improve the service, or comply with law. Where consent is required for a particular activity, that activity requires consent; you can withdraw it without undoing prior lawful processing.
3. Providers and disclosures
Operating your requests can require payment, hosting and storage, email and SMS, AI and media-generation, social publishing, analytics and support providers. We disclose information relevant to the function requested. For example, Stripe processes billing, a generation provider receives the prompt and assets required for a draft, and a communication provider receives the recipient and message for an authorized send.
Connecting a third-party platform authorizes the access necessary for the functions you enable. Public posts, websites, review replies and messages you approve are disclosed to the audience and platforms you select, under their own privacy policies. Disconnecting an account stops future use of that connection but does not recall content already published or messages delivered.
We may disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and security, investigate abuse, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable data-protection obligations. Workspace administrators can access information according to their roles. Do not assume information submitted to a business workspace is private from that business.
4. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, fulfill your instructions and meet accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention and legal requirements. Different records have different retention needs. Canceling billing does not immediately erase workspace data, backups, transaction records or suppression records used to prevent unwanted messages.
We use access controls and operational safeguards to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your login and connected accounts. Processing may take place in countries where Bloom or its providers operate; applicable transfer safeguards may be required depending on your location and the service arrangement.
Avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive personal information, children’s information, passwords or full payment-card details. Marketing accounts are intended for adults acting for businesses, not for children.
5. Your choices and requests
You can update account information, manage connected accounts and use available exports in your workspace. Use the unsubscribe option in marketing email or the supported opt-out method for SMS. We may still send necessary account, security and billing notices.
To request access, correction, deletion, a copy of information, or to raise a privacy concern, email mo@getbloom.cloud. Identify your workspace and the request; do not send your password or full card number. We may verify your authority before acting and explain any records that must be retained. Rights and response requirements depend on applicable law, and you may contact your local data-protection authority where applicable.
If you are a customer or contact of a business using Bloom, first contact that business about its campaigns and records. Bloom can help the authorized business fulfill requests for data it controls. Browser privacy settings can limit cookies or storage, although blocking required storage may prevent sign-in or other essential functions.
6. Changes and contact
We publish a dated version when this policy changes and provide additional notice for material changes as required. Earlier versions remain identified in accepted purchase records. Privacy and service questions can be sent to Bloom Software Services LLC at mo@getbloom.cloud.
