These terms govern Bloom Marketing subscriptions purchased from Bloom Software Services LLC through marketing.getbloom.cloud. Your accepted checkout quote records your plan, promotion, charges and allowances. If a specific quote differs from the standard plan below, that accepted quote controls those commercial details.

1. Your account and authority

You must be at least 18 and authorized to enter this agreement for the business you register. Provide accurate business and billing details, protect your account, and grant workspace access only to authorized people. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.

These terms cover the direct Bloom Marketing service. A reseller’s separately branded storefront may have its own contract and seller. Buying Marketing does not buy unrelated Bloom products or lead lists.

2. What the plan includes

The standard plan is US $497 per month plus a one-time US $1,500 launch fee, before applicable tax. It includes one business workspace, content campaigns, supported social connections and publishing, website templates and editing, one hosted website during paid access, client email and SMS campaigns, review tools, analytics and approval controls. Features requiring an external account, sender verification or platform approval become usable when those requirements are met.

The standard paid allowance is 1,000 generation credits, 5,000 email sends and 500 SMS segments per calendar month, measured in UTC. Every email and text your workspace sends to your customers counts, including campaigns, reminders, follow-ups and replies; texts you receive do not. Unused included allowances do not roll over. The subscription charge renews on its billing anniversary; usage resets at the calendar-month boundary. A successful trial-to-paid conversion starts a fresh paid allowance without changing your workspace.

Generation credits are units of service, not cash or advertising funds. A campaign can require several actions. Review the total credit quote before starting; successfully completed work consumes credits and failed work releases its unused reservation. Manual website edits do not use generation credits. One text is one SMS segment of up to 160 characters; longer messages or certain characters can turn one SMS into multiple segments, and a picture message counts as several texts.

Sending continues past the included amount during paid access. Past the included amount, extra texts are 1.5¢ per text, picture messages are 4.5¢ each (the price of 3 texts) and extra emails are 0.15¢ per email ($1.50 per 1,000). Extra usage is totaled for each calendar month and charged after the month ends to your saved payment method, on an invoice that lists the extra texts and emails. The price in your accepted quote applies.

Domains, advertising spend, printing, postage, additional websites, additional generation credits and optional services are separate. A purchase must disclose its price and any expiry before you approve it. A website draft is not a promise of a completed custom website or of domain ownership.

3. Trials, promotions and launch fees

A promotion applies only when accepted at checkout. Its duration, eligible recipient, discount, expiry and launch-fee treatment appear before you enter payment details. A standard 14-day promotional trial includes 1,000 generation credits, 500 emails and 100 SMS segments in total for the entire trial, with private website drafts. A different grant applies only if your quote expressly states it. A calendar change does not refresh trial usage. During a trial, sending stops at the trial allowance; extra texts and emails are never charged during a trial.

A card is required for an automatic-renewal trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the first subscription charge is collected at the end of the trial, followed by monthly renewal. Checkout states the amount due today and after the trial. A promotion may waive the launch fee completely, charge it at signup, or defer it to the first charge after the trial. A deferred launch fee is charged once and is not repeated on renewal.

A discount expires after the number of paid billing months in your quote, then the accepted standard monthly price applies. A trial is not an additional discounted paid month. An offer code is not valid until the server confirms its availability for your order.

4. Payment, renewal and cancellation

By expressly accepting checkout and completing payment setup, you authorize Stripe to collect the disclosed charges, automatic monthly renewals and monthly charges for extra texts and emails using your saved payment method. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Keep your payment method and billing address current. Your workspace Billing page provides payment history and a link to Stripe for invoices and payment-method changes.

An account administrator can cancel in Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period or trial, and the page confirms the end date. Canceling during a trial stops future subscription charges and any launch fee deferred until trial end. It does not itself reverse a launch fee already charged at signup. Cancellation stops renewal; it does not automatically delete your account or data.

If you cannot access cancellation, contact mo@getbloom.cloud with your account email and request. For billing errors, duplicate charges, incomplete launch work or a refund request, contact that address so we can review the transaction and service delivered. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund an elapsed or current paid period. Any statutory cancellation, refund or other rights remain unaffected.

Failed payment, expired paid access, a refund or a payment dispute can pause new generation, sending and public hosting while billing is resolved. Correcting billing does not authorize us to restart a canceled subscription without your instruction. Third-party charges already incurred for approved work may remain payable.

5. Your content and approvals

You retain your rights in the brand assets, contacts and content you provide. You authorize Bloom and the service providers needed for your requests to process that material to operate your workspace, generate drafts and carry out the actions you approve. You must have permission to use uploaded logos, photographs, recordings, voices, likenesses and other material.

Review generated text, images, audio, video, offers and website changes before use. AI output can be inaccurate, similar to other output, or unsuitable for your purpose. Check names, pronunciation, dates, claims, permissions and mandatory disclosures. A preview is a draft; it is not a real customer endorsement. Automated publishing or sending requires the corresponding permission or configuration in your workspace.

You may use delivered output for your business subject to applicable law and the rights and licenses in source material. Bloom does not guarantee exclusive rights in AI output or grant rights it does not own. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive personal data in generation prompts.

6. Email, SMS and connected platforms

Use accurate sender details, required business contact information and appropriate recipient consent. Honor opt-outs and suppression lists. Do not use the service for spam, deceptive messages, unlawful discrimination, impersonation or content that infringes others’ rights. You remain responsible for the lawfulness of your audience, message and campaign instructions.

Email and SMS delivery, social publishing and review access depend on third-party accounts, registration, policies, availability and rate limits. Included usage does not waive these requirements. We may stop unsafe or unlawful activity and investigate abuse. A successful provider submission does not guarantee delivery, views, leads, sales, a search ranking or an AI recommendation.

A public scan reports information it could obtain and verify. An unavailable review source means unknown, not zero reviews. Competitor samples and estimates are incomplete and should be reviewed before making business decisions.

7. Service changes, data and support

We use reasonable care to operate the service and address reported faults. It can be interrupted by maintenance, security incidents or provider failures; there is no guaranteed uninterrupted availability unless a separate written agreement provides it. We will not knowingly replace an accepted quote with a higher charge without notice and the authorization required by law.

Material changes to these terms will be published with a new version and notice before they apply to an existing subscription. Existing accepted purchase records retain their original version. You may cancel before a change takes effect. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The Marketing Privacy Policy explains processing, retention and requests for access or deletion. Export important materials before ending access. To request assistance, a copy of your purchase terms, cancellation, a billing correction or data access, email mo@getbloom.cloud and identify your workspace without sending your password or full card number.
