Bloom Software Services LLC ("we," "us," "Bloom Platform") operates the Bloom lead intelligence and sales automation platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information.
Services Provided to Business Customers
Bloom Software Services LLC provides customer relationship management (CRM), website management, lead management, and related software services to business customers, including Align Sales Pros.
When a business customer uses Bloom to operate its website or manage customer inquiries, Bloom may collect, receive, store, organize, and process information on that business's behalf. Depending on the services used, this information may include names, email addresses, telephone numbers, service addresses, product interests, inquiry details, communication history, and consent preferences.
This processing supports website functionality, availability inquiries, quote requests, customer communications, and sales follow-up. The business customer remains responsible for its offers, website disclosures, and the lawful collection and use of personal information. Bloom's responsibilities depend on its role in the particular processing activity, applicable law, and its agreement with that customer.
If you submitted information through a business customer's website, contact that business first with questions about your inquiry or requests concerning your information. You may also contact Bloom at support@getbloom.cloud for assistance identifying the appropriate business or addressing questions about Bloom's processing.

- Web scraping of publicly available business information

- B2B contact data (Apollo.io, Proxycurl — from publicly available professional profiles)
2. How We Use Information

- Lead scoring, enrichment, and quality grading
- Market research and competitive intelligence
- AI-powered content generation (with disclosure labels)
- Territory management and sales optimization
- Compliance with DNC regulations and telemarketing laws
- Fraud prevention and security
- Analytics and reporting
3. AI-Generated Content Disclosure
We use artificial intelligence to generate certain content including:
- Soul Videos (AI avatar videos for sales representatives)
- Marketing copy and ad content
- Research summaries and market intelligence briefs
- Door tag designs
All AI-generated content is labeled with an "AI-Generated" disclosure badge in compliance with applicable law.
YouTube connections and publishing
Bloom uses YouTube API Services when you connect a YouTube channel or publish a video through Bloom. Google's processing is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Connecting a channel is optional and does not itself upload a video.
With your authorization, Bloom accesses your channel identifier and name to identify the channel you select. We store that connection, granted permissions and encrypted authorization tokens so approved publishing work can use the correct channel. When you submit a video, we send YouTube the video and the title, description, visibility and audience or content disclosures you confirm. We retain the returned video identifier and publication status to show the outcome in your workspace and reconcile interrupted uploads.
These records are available to authorized workspace members and to service providers operating Bloom's hosting and publishing systems for these purposes. YouTube processes submitted videos under its own policies; their visibility depends on the setting you choose.
Disconnect, revoke access or request deletion
Use Settings → Connected apps → Social posting to disconnect the selected brand's YouTube channel. After your confirmation, Bloom requests revocation from Google, disables that Bloom connection and removes its stored access and refresh tokens from the active connection record. Google revokes permissions across the same Cloud project, so other Bloom connections using that Google account may need to reconnect. A failed revocation is shown for retry. Disconnecting does not delete videos already uploaded to YouTube or erase your campaign and publication history.
You can also revoke Bloom's authorization in your Google Account permissions. To request deletion of YouTube-related data retained by Bloom, email support@getbloom.cloud and identify your workspace and channel. The retention and data-rights sections below explain how requests are handled. Manage or delete uploaded videos separately in YouTube Studio.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We may share information with:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, phone validation)
- AT&T and carrier partners for service order processing (with explicit consent)
- Law enforcement when required by law or to protect rights and safety
- Lead marketplace participants (business contact data only, with DNC scrubbing applied)
AI receptionist and voice processing
When enabled by your company, the AI receptionist processes the call’s audio and conversation to answer the caller and save the permitted transcript, summary and follow-up details in your workspace. Call recording and your company’s recording notice still apply.
The Chatterbox natural voice runs on Bloom-controlled servers. Its speech generation does not send the conversation to an outside voice service. We retain the accepted voice price, call timing and usage records to explain and reconcile charges. Company access controls govern who can review call content and billing details.
5. Do Not Call Compliance
- We maintain an internal suppression list for numbers that have requested not to be contacted and, where required, scrub against Do-Not-Call registries before outbound calling
- We honor all opt-out and unsubscribe requests within 24 hours via our automated unsubscribe system
- We update our DNC lists at least every 31 days as required by the FTC
- Our platform tracks consent status for every lead (express written, express oral, implied, or none)
6. SMS / Text Messaging Data
When you opt in to text messages through a recruiting workspace on the Bloom Platform (for example, the AlignSalesPros / Bloom Recruiting Notifications program), we collect your mobile phone number and your consent record to send transactional messages you requested — verification codes, interview scheduling, reminders, hiring status updates, and onboarding steps.
Authorized Bloom employees and operators may separately opt in to Bloom Internal Ops Alerts. For that program, we collect the work mobile number, disclosure version, acceptance time, and revocation status used to deliver requested platform-health, degradation, recovery, queue, and supported-system alerts.
Call-floor representatives may separately opt in to Bloom Work Alerts in authenticated onboarding or notification settings. We use the mobile number, versioned disclosure, acceptance and phone-verification times, revocation status, and message delivery records to verify the number and deliver requested lead, floor-update and follow-up notices. Texts link back to your authenticated workspace without including customer names, customer phone numbers or lead details. This consent is separate from recruiting and internal-operations messaging consent.
- SMS opt-in is collected through a separate, optional, pre-unchecked checkbox. A saved mobile number alone does not enable SMS.
- Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
- Mobile numbers are shared only with the messaging providers (for example, Twilio) and carriers strictly to deliver the messages you requested.
- Message frequency varies based on application activity or operational events for the program you selected. Message and data rates may apply.
- You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. See our Terms of Service for full program terms.
7. Applicant and Candidate Privacy
If you apply for a position with us or with one of the dealers and businesses we serve, we collect the information you submit and information generated during the hiring process:
- Contact and profile details: name, email, phone number, and any LinkedIn or resume/CV you provide
- Application content: work history, responses to screening questions, and assessment answers
- Headshots you submit for a company ID badge or representative flyer, together with photo-check, preparation and delivery records
- Interview recordings and transcripts, where you have been notified and agree to them
- Equal-employment-opportunity self-identification (e.g. race, gender, veteran status), where you choose to provide it — this is kept segregated and is never used to screen or evaluate you
We use applicant information only to evaluate your application, communicate with you about the role, prepare requested company badges and representative flyers, and meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations. We retain it for at least the period required by applicable recordkeeping rules (generally one year for non-hired applicants under EEOC guidance) and longer where needed for legal, audit, or employment purposes.
Badge and Representative Photos
When you submit a headshot, Bloom and its configured photo-processing service providers check whether it is usable, prepare the image, and support badge and representative-flyer production. The check looks for one visible face, headshot framing, and reuse of an ID, document, screen or printed photo. It does not identify you, compare your identity with another image, rate your appearance, or create a face template. Clothing guidance comes from your company; a successful automated check is not clothing approval or a hiring decision.
Your authorized recruiting and onboarding team can use the saved photo and its workflow records for these purposes. To request a correction, replacement or deletion, contact your recruiting team or support@getbloom.cloud. The retention and rights provisions on this page apply to these requests.
Automated Screening and Your Right to Human Review
Applications may be reviewed with the help of automated screening tools, including an AI-assisted interviewer and applicant-scoring. These tools produce a recommendation only — a human reviews applications and makes all hiring decisions; no adverse decision is made solely by automated means. You may request human review of any decision, an explanation, or correction of your information by replying to any message from us or emailing support@getbloom.cloud. Where required by law (including in New York City, Illinois, and Colorado), we conduct bias reviews of these tools and provide notice before they are used.
8. Data Retention
- Active lead data: retained while the account is active
- Closed/won deal data: retained for 7 years (tax and commission records)
- Enrichment data: refreshed every 90 days, stale data purged after 180 days
- Consent records: retained indefinitely for compliance audit trail
- DNC suppression records: retained indefinitely
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access your personal information
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your information (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Opt out of data sales (we do not sell personal data)
- Opt out of automated decision-making
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured format
California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@getbloom.cloud.
Data Broker Registrations
Where our activities meet a state's data-broker definition, we register as required by law; our current registration status is available on request.
10. Data Security
- All data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest
- Personal information tokenized before processing by external AI services
- Role-based access control (RBAC) with 5 permission levels
- Multi-tenant data isolation at the database level
- Audit logging of all data access and modifications
- Docker container security hardening (no-new-privileges, resource limits)
- Network segmentation between internal and external services
11. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
12. Changes to This Policy
We will notify users of material changes via email or in-platform notification at least 30 days before changes take effect.
