This is the official AlignSalesPros application path for door-to-door field sales. Reps work assigned neighborhoods, start conversations with homeowners, check availability, explain current AT&T Fiber offers, and submit qualified orders through the official AlignSalesPros careers workflow. Managers provide territory guidance, elite sales training, daily coaching, leadership development, and a clear path from application to interview. Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States. Reliable transportation, smartphone with data plan, and comfort talking with new people outdoors are required. Sales, sports, canvassing, customer service, or hospitality experience helps, but coachability, consistency, resilience, and a strong work ethic matter most. Background check required.
