What these numbers include
Source: Bloom Build → Client Results → AlignSalesPros, “All recorded history,” reviewed October 10, 2026. These are recorded activities and statuses, not proof that Bloom alone caused an increase in sales.
- The approximately 35% increase in interview attendance is customer-reported. A comparison period and baseline have not been supplied; it is not a calculated attendance rate.
- Applicants managed counts applicant records, including imports; it does not mean Bloom sourced all applicants. Completed interviews exclude scheduled appointments and no-shows.
- Website leads are records across the workspace’s sites, not unique visitors. Survey completions are not added to this total.
- The 207 business calls include inbound and outbound attempts, with 69 recorded as connected or answered. Recruiting and explicit test records are excluded. A recorded connection does not by itself prove a person answered.
- 795.8 team call minutes cover 92 metered answered or outbound calls in the usage ledger. The AI receptionist count is one distinct metered session totaling 2.7 minutes. These usage-ledger measures have a different scope from the 207 operational calls, are not added together, and do not measure successful resolutions.
- Content records are not publication receipts. The current ready, approved or published status is used.
- Email and SMS counts use provider receipts and exclude failed and explicit test records. They are not open rates or billable SMS segments.
- Approved sales are deduplicated confirmations. The September 26 closed-deal estimate included 4 approvals then and about 10 awaiting evidence. It overlaps the current 5 approvals and is not a reconciled sales register.
