This page explains the privacy design of Bloom Training in plain language. It does not replace the privacy notice, data-processing terms, consent records, or other agreements presented for an exact workspace and release.
Account and workspace
Contact, authentication, role, company, tenant, and security-event information used to place a person in the correct workspace with the correct authority.
Company training sources
Documents, public-site scans, approved recordings, walkthrough manifests, transcripts, captions, and source-review evidence supplied or authorized by the workspace.
Learning records
Assignments, playback and progress events, knowledge-check attempts, notes, bookmarks, completion decisions, certificates, and manager-visible learning reports.
Digital You records
Identity verification, consent scope, approved voice or likeness inputs, scripts, disclosures, provider job references, revocation, and deletion evidence for the represented person.
Product and billing usage
Active-learner, storage, render-minute, walkthrough-session, plan, entitlement, invoice, and provider-receipt information needed to enforce limits and administer a subscription.
Control by design
Privacy choices follow the data—not just the screen.
Start with the workspace
Your company decides who is assigned training and which company material may be used. Public company scanning creates a draft only; it does not publish a lesson.
Keep sensitive material restricted
Private coaching stays outside the curriculum unless an authorized reviewer approves a separate redacted derivative. Tenant data is not exposed to another customer or reseller workspace.
Give the likeness subject control
Only the represented person can enroll, approve allowed uses, revoke future use, or request deletion of a Digital You identity. A manager cannot provide that consent for them.
Retain and delete with evidence
Retention and deletion depend on the data type, workspace instructions, safety or legal needs, and the governing agreement. Sensitive deletion workflows require a receipt instead of a silent UI-only claim.
Ask about access, correction, export, revocation, or deletion.
Contact your company workspace administrator first for training assignments and company-provided content. Contact Bloom for a product privacy request. Do not email passwords, payment data, private recordings, or identity documents.
