Bloom Training is designed around tenant isolation, explicit authority, immutable releases, and human approval for sensitive content. AI never turns a draft, private recording, or likeness into published training by itself.
Workspace isolation
Sources, assignments, learner attempts, private coaching, and Digital You identities stay bound to the company workspace that owns them.
Least-privilege roles
Learner, people-manager, Training Manager, workspace-admin, and partner capabilities are evaluated separately. A Training role does not imply Call Floor access.
Subject-controlled likeness
An administrator cannot consent to a Digital You identity for somebody else. The person represented controls enrollment, approved use, revocation, and deletion.
Source rights and redaction
A source is not publishable until its rights, checksum, review, freshness, captions or transcript, and required redaction evidence are present.
Private coaching by default
Pitch and call recordings remain restricted coaching material. Curriculum reuse requires a separately approved, redacted derivative; recording consent is never Digital You consent.
Fail-closed providers
Checkout, AI rendering, guided capture, and metered usage remain unavailable when exact tenant authority, consent, quota, or provider readiness is missing.
Evidence, not assumptions
Important actions leave a proof trail.
A polished screen is not proof by itself. Bloom separates source, approval, provider, deployment, identity, and device evidence so a reviewer can see exactly what happened.

Current release posture
Provider and production claims stay locked until verified.
The Training product is being validated before general availability. Security-sensitive providers, public deployment, billing, and device support are reported only after their own exact receipts pass. Contact Bloom for the current evidence packet and sales-assisted pilot availability.
