This plain-language overview describes intended product rules. It is not the complete service agreement and does not replace the exact order form, subscription terms, acceptable-use terms, privacy terms, or Digital You consent presented before use.
Use an authorized workspace
Use Training only for a company you are allowed to represent. Invitations, roles, assignments, and tenant boundaries may not be bypassed or shared.
Provide lawful, accurate sources
The workspace must have rights to uploaded or recorded material and must review accuracy, freshness, captions, redaction, and audience before publication.
Protect learners and customers
Do not place passwords, payment data, customer secrets, identity documents, unlawful recordings, or unredacted personal information into lessons or guided captures.
Respect the represented person
A Digital You identity requires the subject's own informed consent and approved use. Recording permission, employment authority, or admin access is not likeness consent.
Not allowed
Product access is not permission to misuse people or data.
AI-assisted drafting does not remove the company's obligation to check facts, rights, audience, employment rules, required notices, and applicable law before assigning or publishing work.
- Accessing another tenant, learner, private coaching record, provider credential, or unpublished source without authority
- Using generated media to impersonate, deceive, harass, discriminate, or misrepresent a real person's approval
- Publishing regulated, safety-critical, employment, or compensation claims without the workspace's required human and legal review
- Interfering with metering, hard caps, consent, release gates, audit evidence, deletion, security controls, or provider restrictions
Plans and billing
An authorized subscription owner accepts the exact plan and usage limits shown at checkout or in an executed order. A public price page is not proof that live billing is enabled.
Company decisions
Training analytics support learning and coaching. Bloom does not make the company's hiring, discipline, compensation, regulatory, or professional decisions.
Release posture
Availability, devices, providers, integrations, and service levels are commitments only when they appear in the governing agreement or an accepted release packet—not in a prototype.
